Once you have decided which template is the best fit for you, select The Custom Fit as an add-on, and check out. I will then reach out to you with a detailed questionnaire to gather all the details I need to personalise your site.
Step Three: Collaborate & Create
Share your branding materials, content, and imagery. I’ll work closely with you to bring your website to life, ensuring every element fits your business perfectly.
Step Four: Review & Revise
I’ll deliver the first draft of your customised website for your review. You’ll have the opportunity to request up to two rounds of revisions.
Step Five: It’s Time to Launch!
Once everything is finalised, I’ll help you launch your new website and ensure you’re equipped to manage it moving forward.

You’ll need to provide your logos, brand assets (colours, typography, etc), written content for your website pages, high-quality images, and any other relevant files.
Can you help with branding if I don’t already have any?
Branding assistance is not included in The Custom Fit, but I do offer separate branding services to help you create a cohesive visual identity.
Can you include additional pages beyond the template’s original design?
Additional pages can be added for an additional cost. Let me know your needs, and I’ll provide a custom quote.
Do you offer training on how to use the website after it’s completed?
Absolutely! The service includes a 1hr handover where I walk you through managing and updating your Squarespace website.

Typically, the process takes 4 - 7 days after receiving all the required content and information.
What if I need my site done faster?
I offer rush services for an additional fee. Contact me for availability information as it may not always be possible.
What happens if I don’t provide my content on time?
Delays in providing content may result in the project being postponed or rescheduled. We’ll discuss a new timeline if this is the case.

Can you migrate my existing website to Squarespace?
Migration is not included in this service. If you need help migrating your website, please let me know and I can provide a separate quote.

Absolutely, all Squarespace templates I offer are designed to be mobile-responsive, and I’ll ensure your customisations look amazing on all devices.
What if I want additional features or functionality?
If you require advanced features beyond what’s offered in the template (e.g., booking systems, courses, etc), we can discuss adding them for an extra fee.

My pricing for this service starts at $450. Additional fees may apply for extra services like adding pages or rush delivery.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do not offer payment plans for this service specifically. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required up-front to book, with the remaining balance due before the handover.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you decide to cancel prior to the project starting, I may issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

What happens after my website is launched?
Once your site is live, you’ll have full control over it. I’ll also provide you with a 1hr handover session to help you manage your site.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Ongoing maintenance is not included in this service, but I offer monthly website maintenance packages if needed.
Can I make edits to my website after it’s launched?
Yes, Squarespace is user-friendly, and you’ll be able to make updates and edits easily. Our handover session will cover the basics.
What if I run into issues after the project is completed?
I offer a 30-day post-launch support window to address any technical issues or questions you may have.

Can I use this service if I’ve purchased a template from another designer?
No. The Custom Fit is exclusively for Valiant Design Studio templates.
What if I want to switch templates after starting the customisation process?
Switching templates mid-project will incur additional fees and will delay the timeline.
